Reply:I'd imagine they would suffer extreme pain - more so than if you just got some work from the dentist for example.





Also they would probably have a hard time eating food, unless they plan on living from the blood of those they catch.
Reply:most of those that do that do NOT do it them selves, they get it profesionaly done at a dentist office, they get soemthing to numb it and then the doctor files them down. and its not a stupid thing. its their beliefs and everyone is open to their own personal beliefs and people should be more open minded to what others believe, even if they dont think its right for themselves
Reply:You could probably file it down without any pain until you got to the nerve endings. (See that episode of Ren and Stimpy)
Reply:It's quite likely it would hurt, and I expect 'doing it yourself' would leave you open to infections. If you were going to do it, the best thing to do would be to find an understanding dentist. And remember, filing your teeth like that, is like getting a tattoo. It's forever. Sure, it might be 'cool', now. Maybe even in two years time, too. But how do you think it will look when you're fifty? It's a big decision to make.
Reply:most ge tit done at dentists and only get a few teeth done and i dont know id guess it hurts but they probably get put to sleep before its done
