Reply:i don't but my boy got his teeth pulled and the top front ones left were his vampire teeth. we have put spacer teeth in now until his grow back in (he is 4) but he looked cute before.

Reply:Not sure what the big deal is - I have naturally sharp incisors (canines) top AND bottom, and so does my 3 1/2 year old son. I've never had a cavity, cap, filling, tooth pulled, root canal, or any other kind of dental work, I visit the dentist about once every 7 years, and I'm 34 this year. So it's all a matter of how well you care for your teeth I guess.
